User Agreement & Responsibility
By downloading the Playwright Pad Runner Chrome extension or using the web editor, you explicitly agree to these terms. Since execution occurs entirely on your local workstation, you maintain full control and accountability over all test scripts run on your native systems.
1. License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the Playwright Pad IDE and local extension for training, learning, and local validation of browser automation tests.
You may not use our developer platform to launch coordinated denial-of-service attacks, scrape content in violation of target sites' terms of service, or execute scripts designed to inject malicious code on foreign host systems.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software utility is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Because the agent compiles and triggers local command lines on your operating system, you assume all risks associated with shell commands and test execution outcomes.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Playwright Pad, its maintainers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, system downtime, or unauthorized script modifications) arising from your use of the native local bridge connection.
